Notices of damaged goods, errors made by the manufacturer or missing products, are required within 3 business days of product receipt (from UPS tracking delivery confirmation).
Please proof review your order very carefully before it is submitted. We are not able to accept return exchanges once you have placed your order. Once an order is placed, you are responsible for paying for the order. We are not responsible for missing or incorrect information that you have provided. Personalized stationery cannot, as a general rule and in accordance with standard industry practice, be returned or exchanged. Errors made on the part of the stationery manufacturer are customarily corrected at no charge. We are committed to providing you with superior products and superlative service.

All sales are final. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover or money orders. Your credit card will be billed at the time of check out when placing your order. Personal checks are not accepted. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. Deliveries within the Commonwealth of Kentucky will pay 6% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of Kentucky are tax free.
Impressions is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities.
